2009 onwards plate style (flat plastic plate). TF = Voss.

The first few of the new plastic plates had a solid line around the
entire sticker box.

Very soon this was changed to show just the corners of the
sticker box.

Diplomatic series since 1985. 2009 onwards plate style
(flat plastic plate). CD = Corps Diplomatique. 52 = China.

Military series since 1957. 1971 onwards plate style.

appears to be for civilian type vehicles.
