Antique vehicle series (pre-1971 vehicles), since 1991. Pre-1912 plate style.
The number is painted directly onto the body. The validation sticker reads A-203.
A used to denote Oslo. DROSCHE = taxi.

No coding, owners choose the registration within the pre-1971 series. C used to denote Akershus.
