Military series. The crest is for the Army. 74 = First registered in the Military in 2004.

M = Motorsprøjte (Motor pump & hose).

Abnormal vehicle (bulk carrier) series since 1966. Six digits since 1976. 1976 onwards plate style.
80 = Haderslev (no coding since 2007). Serial between 08 00 - 09 99. BLOKVOGN = Bulk carrier.
This series has still not exhausted stocks of old style plates.
