This registration is newer than 1976, and should be on a white plate. The owner told me he put on this plate when at vintage car meetings. 20 000 - 59 999 = Private cars with single line rear plate.

001 - 699 = Tractors permitted on roads (until 1998, when they changed to 700 - 999).

Moped series 1994-98.
700 - 999 = Mopeds and scooters (until 1998, when they changed to 001 - 699).
