Unknown series in 1979-93 plate style. American visitors have told me this is a fake
(or "booster") plate. The front plate was identical. The driver had no objections to
me taking the picture, which is strange if the plates were not valid.

NEW YORK

Passenger series since 2001. No coding. This is a privately made replacement plate.

OREGON

Passenger series 1964-2004. 1990 base. No coding since 1988.

PENNSYLVANIA

Passenger series since 1991. No coding. This is a privately made replacement plate
on what appears to be the same car that was New York ACV 1748 ten years earlier.

Passenger series since 1991. 1987-2000 base. No coding. Colours are yellow on blue.
This base plate was valid until the end of 2002.

TEXAS

Passenger series 1988-97/98. 1992-95 and 1996-97 base. No coding.

The plate frame shows that WTDRGN means White Dragon.
