New style plates were introduced about 2003.

FORMER ISSUES - STILL VALID

Normal series since 1981. 1988-94 plate style. N = National Capital Region. These plates usually had F (front) or R (rear) in the middle. Since these are duplicate plates there is a D instead. The white plate should have been at the front and the green at the rear.
