CURRENTLY ISSUED LICENSE PLATES

17-841-08 Normal series since 1990. 08 = Ford (car make coding has since been abandoned). Colours are black on yellow. This vehicle was "disguised" with fake plates 178-4108 front and rear. When I asked to take a photograph the driver fetched the real plate from inside the vehicle.

22-851-19 Normal series since 1990. "Disguised" with white plates.

39-677/01 Normal series since 1990. 01 = Motorcycle. "Disguised" with white plates.

UN/22-129-21 Diplomatic series. UN = United Nations.
22 = United Kingdom. 21 = Diplomatic.

FORMER ISSUES - STILL VALID

17-471-54 Normal series 1980-89. 54 = 1984 (overflow from 84). "Disguised" with white plates. The owner told me he changed to white plates when he left Israel and kept the original yellow plates in the caravan.
