but without euroband. FB = Wetteraukreis (Friedberg).
06 = Dealer, recurrent use.

Old-timer series. 1956-2000 plate style. HL = Hansestadt Lübeck.
07 = Old-timer.

Normal series since 1956. EF = Erfurt (since 1991).
This is an official Swedish replacement plate, with police stamp,
for a German plate. Both front and rear plates looked the same.
The stamp reads: POLISMYNDIGHETEN I ÖREBRO LÄN 12. JULI 01.

OBSOLETE LICENSE PLATES - NO LONGER VALID

NOH = Grafschaft Bentheim (Nordhorn). Valid until end of June 1997.

the correct format is seen on ROW 135 J in the background.
